Foggy Fixer provides mobile headlight restoration within our service area. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online or by contacting us directly. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is displayed on our Services & Pricing page and may be updated at any time. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Guarantees & Limitations
We provide a 12-month fog-free guarantee on all standard headlight restoration services. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, or external environmental conditions beyond our control.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care in performing restoration, Foggy Fixer is not liable for incidental damage to vehicle surfaces, electrical systems, or parts adjacent to headlights. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to their vehicle at the scheduled time and disclose any known prior damage or modifications affecting the headlights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Foggy Fixer and may not be used without permission.
9. External Links & Affiliates
Our website may include links to third-party sites and affiliate products. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites.
10. Governing Law
